Fixed a file transfer timing issue that occurred when using 9600 BAUD communications
Fixed a PakBus file transfer issue that occurred when using the communication power control feature
Added more watchdog functionality to prevent the occurrence of a software lockup where the camera would not enter its low powered mode
Made the GPS Coordinate values embedded into images as non-volatile (only needs to be written once for stationary cameras)
